Screw Air Compressor

Compared with any other compressor, THT’s screw air compressor enjoy mechanical superiority without abrasion or performance failure. Using this machine requires no checking the inside parts. Less maintenance is nice feature.

Air Compressor: It is a flood lubricated type rotary screw air compressor with 2-stage positive displacement. As the rotors run, air is drawn into the compressor unit at the first stage, then the second stage, where the air is compressed and a higher pressure is obtained.

Compressor Discharge System: a compressed air/fluid mixture goes into the sump, where the fluid and air are separated, and then goes into the lower reach. The discharging check valve prevents the air from returning back to the compressor chamber when the system shut down.

Compressor cooling and lubrication system: the system is designed to provide the compressor with adequate lubrication as well as to maintain the proper operating temperature. In addition to the cooler and fan, the system consists of thermal valve with pressure bypass valve, fluid filter and fluid stop valve.

Air-inletting System: it consists of air filter, air-inletting valve and interconnecting pipe.

Capacity Control System: This system is used to regulate the amount of air intake in accordance with the amount of air being used. It consists of air-inlet control cylinder, blowdown valve and the connecting pipe between inlet control cylinder and inlet valve.

Instrument panel: It consists of pressure indicator, temperature indicator and speed meter, etc.
