Construction Nitrogen Membrane System

THT is able to design construction nitrogen system to meet every customer’s specified requirement. With the adoption of Membrane Nitrogen Generating technology, our system has properties of high nitrogen production rate, anti pollution, high purity and low energy consumption. The generator is integrated with PLC controlling system, featuring in precise control and large data storage. It is therefore easy to operate. The system is to produce nitrogen purity from 95% to 99.9%.

The manipulation of the system consists of sample inspection, purity control, temperature adjust and system protection.

Membrane nitrogen generator is a system with membrane parallel connected with each other to produce nitrogen of different volume and purity.

Confidence of gas purity: The system equipped zirconia’s inspector to do the online monitoring. After setting and demarcating the purity of nitrogen, the system can rely on the valve to adjust the purity of the gas
